Age Eligibility and Divisions

Age Ranges

• Boys and Girls Ages 6 thru 16. If your child is 6 years old, but will turn 7 on or before August 31, he or she is eligible.
• PLEASE NOTE: Your child's age is the age they will be on August 31 (after the summer season). So even if their birthday is after the summer season, so long as they age up on or before August 31, they are considered to be their age on August 31. Kids with birthdays January thru August play up. Kids with birthdays September thru December play down.

Player Divisions

• Boys Ages 6 (see note in red above) thru 8 ("78-ers") Baseball
  
• Coach Pitch Baseball
• Mildly competitive and instructional, no tournaments
•  If your child is 6 years old, but will turn 7 on or before August 31, he or she is eligible. If your child's birthday is September 1 or later, you'll have to wait another year.
• Girls Ages 6 (see note in red above) thru 8 ("78-ers") Softball
• Coach Pitch Softball
• Mildly competitive and instructional, no tournaments
• Interleague play with other leagues.
•  If your child is 6 years old, but will turn 7 on or before August 31, he or she is eligible. If your child's birthday is September 1 or later, you'll have to wait another year.
• Boys Ages 9 thru 12 Baseball
  
• Minor Division
• Mildly competitive and instructional with tournaments
• No 8-year-olds will be allowed to play in the minors
• Major Division
• Competitive and instructional with tournaments
• Girls Ages 9 thru 12 Softball
  
• Mildly competitive and instructional with tournaments
• Boys Ages 13 and 14 Baseball ("Juniors")
  
• Competitive and instructional with tournaments
• Girls Ages 13 and 14 Softball ("Juniors")
  
• Competitive and instructional with tournaments
• Boys Ages 15 and 16 Baseball ("Seniors")
  
• Primarily High School players
• Competitive and instructional with tournaments
• Full slate of games that starts after the high school season concludes
• Girls Ages 15 and 16 Softball ("Seniors")
  
• Primarily High School players
• Competitive and instructional with tournaments
• Full slate of games that starts after the high school season concludes
